Shipping Policy

Shipments will be made by regular mail through USPS.  This could take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days.  Our store is 100% online and your package will be mailed within the first 48 hours after completing your purchase on our website and confirming it.  Once the tracking number is obtained, it will be provided to the email you used to place the order. Once the tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by third parties.  IMPORTANT:  Some products are shipped by third parties and these may take up to 20 days to ship.  In the purchase process you are notified about the time it takes to be received.

Our main interest is customer satisfaction so that your experience with us is highly positive.

 

Return Policy:  

The return of items purchased at VickyRoque.com applies to certain merchandise. All applicable returns must be made within 5 days from the date of receipt of the order.

All our products are final sale.  All pieces of swimsuits, lingerie, underwear or intimates do not apply for return; exchange, credits, or refunds.  All other products such as jewelry accessories, clothing, handbags, belts, glasses, notebooks, cosmetics, as well as soaps, glasses and fragrances, as well as other details not classified as clothing, apply a credit, as long as they are in their packaging and unused (intact).  We do not give money returns or refunds.

To apply for the return and obtain a credit, you must write to us atvickyroquepr@gmail.com or contact us through our business WhatsApp 607-608-2009.

Important:

• All products will be reviewed before processing a return.

• Credits will be applied upon receipt and review of the returned product (within 10 business days of receipt).

• You have 5 days to make a claim and an additional 5 days (for a total of 10 days from receipt of the order) to return the merchandise to us via USPS.  (We let ourselves be carried away by the postmark of the mail).

Credit will be given in the form of a coupon for the value of the returned merchandise less a 5% service charge.  All coupons are valid for 45 days to be used.  After these 45 days, it loses effectiveness and you will not be able to use it.​
