Cancellation and Payment Policy

All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the expiration date or the event. See the descriptions of each service for the terms of payment and reimbursement (if applicable). Recognize the payment terms and your responsibilities when registering for courses, workshops, orientation and advice, as well as Vicky Roque's Package Plans and Prices. You are not exempted for any reason from complying with the agreed payments.

Web Pages and Online Stores, Development of Proposals, Plans and others will require 50% of the total invoiced amount to start the work.  Network management, page management, page administration, services related to social networks, are paid in advance.  Work will not begin until the agreed payment is received. 

 

Reservations do not entail a refund under any circumstances and some restrictions apply depending on the service to be reserved, such as credits, transferable reservations, among others.

 

Late payments of 5 to 7 days carry a $15 surcharge; from 7 to 10 days an additional charge of $25 (for a total of $40). After 10 days there is a surcharge of $1.50 per day, additional.
