
Creating My Business Step by Step
It is a face-to-face workshop (for the moment) of 16 contact hours, interactive in which we work hand in hand with you so that you can develop your business idea, "land it" and create that business that you dream of so much. Step by Step: We will work from the viability of the business, market research, brand, trade name, registration, budget, finances, business plan and proposal, permits, content plan, social networks, opening, among others.

In this session we will talk about the difference between Business Proposal and Business Plan. The importance of each one. We will work on developing a business proposal and discuss the parts of the Business Plan.

Planning - Finance
In this session we will talk and work with the legal structure and business accounting. From capital, income and expenses, payments, tax responsibilities, human resources, operational aspects, commercial name registration and trademark registration.

In this session we are going to work with the Marketing Plan and this includes the topics:
1. Market Analysis
2. Marketing Strategies
3. SWOT Analysis (FODA)
4. Market Research
5. Survey Development
Everything related to identifying the scope of the business to those potential clients to identify the target market.

Promotion and Management of Socials
Our businesses depend 90% on promoting them, the remaining percentage is referrals from satisfied customers. Therefore, it is important to know how to manage our content and where we should invest and where we should not. Know what each social network works for and what content should go on them. If it is effective to pay for advertisements on social networks, in the media or on Google. Does an influencer help? This is a great question. This session will give you all the tools you need to develop a good Promotion and Content Plan.
